60 Day Keto Diet: Week 1

Sunday kicks of Day 1 of the 60 DAY Keto Diet and below is a list of quick and tasty looking meals that I have scoured the internet for and decided to make during Week 1. The list isn’t in any specific order but I will be trying a different meal each day of the week (Sun-Sat). I have also hyper-linked the websites I found them on, because they aren’t my original ideas. Also, I will make note of anytime I stray from the given recipe.

Below that, are snacks and fruits that I will be eating throughout the diet (not just week 1). I almost had a heart attack when I read apples had a large carbohydrate count, but oh well! I also have a rough exercise plan and weekly carb intake–I have decided to ween off the carbs slowly, as to not die of withdrawal–summary below.

On Sunday, I will record my weight and keep track of my weight loss every Sunday after throughout the 60 Days.

Week 1: July 22nd – July 29th

Breakfast:

Lunch:

Dinner:

Drinks:

  • Water (can add lemon & stevia)
  • Black Coffee (or w/ light milk)
  • Black, Green, and Herbal Tea
  • Drinks sweetened with Stevia
  • Raspberry Lime Rickey (contains alcohol)

Snacks:

  • Guacamole w/ Flaxseed Crackers
  • Peanut Butter w/ Celery Sticks
  • Unsalted Mixed Nuts (within moderation)
  • Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, chia, flax)
  • Dark Chocolate
  • String Cheese
  • Cocoa Nibs
  • Hummus & Veggies
  • Beef Jerky

Fruits:

  • Starfruit
  • Blackberry
  • Raspberry
  • Strawberry
  • Honeydew Melon
  • Coconut Meat
  • Watermelon
  • Cataloupe
  • Peach
  • Apricot
  • Plum Cherries
  • Clemetine
  • Granny Smith Apples
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberry
  • Cranberry

Carb-Intake:

Week 1: Every other day,

Week 2: Every 2 days

Week 3: 1/week

Week 4: Cold Turkey!

Exercise:

  • Gym
  • Walk/Jog
  • At Home Videos

Week 1: 30 min+ /Day

Week 2: 45 min+/Day

Week 3 and beyond: 1hr+/Day
